Arbitration

Arbitration
The firm’s arbitration practice is one of the strongest in Lithuania. We often act as counsel to parties in arbitration and we also take the role of arbitrators, either as co-arbitrators, sole arbitrators or tribunal chairmen.
Our experience of arbitration is wide-ranging indeed, and we have been involved in arbitration hearings conducted under the rules of Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration and under ICC, LCIA, SCC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Our experiential remit covers not only commercial, but also investment arbitration. In addition, our lawyers are involved in other work related to arbitration, such as drafting legislation, writing publications and making presentations at arbitration conferences and training programmes; moreover, they are members of a number of respected arbitration associations both locally and internationally.
