Representative projects
Represents clients before the national courts of all instances and arbitral tribunals, handles civil law cases involving intellectual property, insurance, real estate, bankruptcy, restructuring, competition and other matters, also deals with administrative law cases. Representing the client before the courts in the dispute with another shareholder valued at over EUR 5 million
Representing the client before the courts and the arbitral tribunal in the dispute arising under the construction contract over the defective construction works valued in excess of EUR 1.5 million
Representing the client before the courts in the dispute regarding breach of the agreement for purchase of shares worth over EUR 15 million
Representing the client before the arbitral tribunal in the dispute regarding modifications to the credit agreement of over EUR 3 million made with the bank
Representing the client before the courts in the dispute regarding the supplier’s right under the public procurement procedure to be awarded a contract of over EUR 3 million
