Representative projects

Has extensive experience in advising both national and international clients on various Lithuanian law matters. Has been advising in a number of cross-border transactions carried out in Lithuania, including M&A, real estate, project finance, etc. Permanently advises on legal matters relating to IT, Media and IP law. Has been engaged in the following major projects:

Providing extensive legal services in connection to the development of an electronic documents delivery system, including an overview of the current legal situation pertaining to the planned implementation of the system, possible alternatives for legalisation of the system, and drafting of the appropriate amendments to the laws and regulations

Providing legal services to a commercial TV broadcasting company on a permanent basis

Advising a media research company on the potential contract for using the IP TV data for media research purposes

Advising on the sale and acquisition of as well as financing to a number of real estate projects, such as shopping centres, logistics centres

Advising on various M&A transactions and general corporate law matters, including reorganisation (e.g. mergers, spin-offs)
