Since 2004 Andrius Ivanauskas has been advising on M&A and banking and finance transactions, as well as competition law. Currently Andrius Ivanauskas leads the law firm‘s competition practice and is active in transaction advisory and corporate finance field. Andrius is also the Chairman of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Lithuanian Venture Capital Association.
