Assisting in giving Lithuanian law-related advice on an attempted acquisition of Danisco Sugar AS by a strategic investor

Assisting in giving advice on a EUR 500 million acquisition of a leading Lithuanian mobile telecommunications operator

Assisting in giving advice to a fuel distribution company on problematic issues of credit agreements

Taking part in a number of legal due diligence investigations carried out into property consulting, transportation, pharmaceutical and other companies

Rendering long-standing advice to a leading Scandinavian fur trade company on Lithuanian law matters related to financing

Advising a leading international household chemicals producer and a vehicle producer on advertising and consumer protection matters on a long-term basis
