Advising Deka Immobilien GmbH on successful acquisition of Akropolis, Kaunas, the shopping and entertainment centre of approximately 60,000 gross letable area, being one of the biggest real estate acquisitions in the Baltics so far

Advising Kalnapilio-Tauro Grupė AB, one of the biggest Lithuanian breweries, on the sale of its real property in Vilnius

Providing legal services in connection with the lease of a complex of premises from Vilnius City Municipality

Providing legal services in relation to the acquisition of a logistic centre

Advising on the acquisition of a biofuel company

Providing legal services in relation to the sale of a bioenergy company
