Representing clients, both local and international, before national courts and arbitral tribunal in a number of civil cases involving corporate, contract, insurance, construction, bankruptcy and other matters as well as in administrative disputes
Representing clients in major energy and infrastructure projects such as development of a new nuclear power plant, conversion of Vilnius energy production system from gas to bio-fuel, renovation of street lighting systems, etc.
Advising a number of local and international independent electricity providers
Advising clients on regulatory matters in connection with acquisitions of a mobile network operator, a number of local central heating companies, a bus service operator, a retail pharmacy chain, etc.
