Giving advice in connection to the establishment of two venture capital funds in Lithuania under the JEREMIE initiative launched by the European Investment Fund

Advising an investor on its attempted acquisition of a leading Lithuanian pharmaceutical producer

Giving national law-related advice on an attempted acquisition of Danisco Sugar AS by a strategic investor

Advising on the sale of a majority stake in the Lithuanian Stevedoring Company with the second-longest quay in the Klaipėda Seaport to a strategic investor
