Marko Saag, tax lawyer and lecturer on international tax from the Law Firm GLIMSTEDT is giving a full-day training seminar on 29 August 2012 on arranging permanent establishment for tax accounting purposes, organised by Konfera. As you are no doubt already aware, how you arrange your tax accounting can depend on whether your branch is considered a permanent establishment or not, and on whether or not your head office is in a country with which Estonia has a double taxation treaty.
